How do I track my orders?

To track your order, check the email that was sent to you when you purchased online. You should have a tracking number available.

Just go to the USPS website tracking page and paste the tracking number for your order.

I’ve provided the wrong address; how do I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out very shortly after you place your order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Debora K SkinCare  should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system that processes orders just follows what you supplied.

Can I cancel my order immediately after I place it?

We're sorry, but once we've started preparing or shipping your order, we can't cancel it. If you cancel your order BEFORE we start this process, there's a 15% fee to cover costs for restocking and credit card refunds.  Here are some reasons we can't accept for cancelling:

Changing your mind about wanting the items: We can't do this because it helps us offer good prices. Before ordering, make sure you really want the items.

Finding a cheaper price somewhere else: Before ordering, make sure you're okay with the price here.

Which courier company do you use to deliver my order?

We work with USPS for USA domestic order shipment.

Exchanges & Returns

To make exchanges and returns, it is necessary to contact the store by email brazilianaestheticcenter@gmail.com, informing the problem that occurred.

With direct access, you can better clarify your doubts regarding the exchange of your product. Check the warranty period in the product description.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

Your order will be delivered according to the type of shipping option that you selected upon checkout. For more information, check our Shipping Policy here.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay by all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal Express, Shop Pay and more.

Can I exchange a product for a Gift Card?

If you decide to exchange a product we've already sent you for a gift card, we'll consider it the same as canceling your initial order. You'll incur a 15% fee to cover restocking. Once we get the original product you bought back to us, we'll issue you a gift card for the same amount you paid, minus the restocking and credit card fees. You'll need to cover the shipping expenses for returning the original product and getting any new items you buy with the gift card.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! We’re excited to let you know that our store offers Shop Pay when you spend U$50 or more online.
